To maintain a good working environment on board vessels and elsewhere, we encourage life-long learning practices among our people through training, motivation and personal development. We regularly conduct training exercises for our clients and crew to minimize accidents, personal injury, equipment, cargo or property damage, environmental mishaps, and increasing operational efficiency. As a priority area of our company policy, we have succeeded in integrating safety standards and training in our entire human resource process and our crew has one of the best records in safe environmental practices
